Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 0-1 business days of receiving them. Processing times may be extended during holidays or high-demand periods.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed and delivered the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer fast and reliable delivery options within Dubai and Sharjah:

  • Free Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery: Available on orders of AED 200 or more.
    • For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12 PM.
  • Standard Delivery (Flat AED 25 Fee): Applies to orders below AED 200.
